We are looking for enthusiastic students or recent graduates with a passion for outdoor activities, who are excited to join our international team in Vienna, become part of our Business Development team and help us onboard new CheckYeti partners and take care of their account management!
HOW WE WORK AT CHECKYETI
We interact directly and collaborate closely with people across the company, from the founders to the different teams (Content and Marketing, Sales & Operations, Product). As part of the Business Development team, in the role of a Partner Success Management Intern, you get the chance to quickly take ownership of and shape the relationship with our partners / activity providers from the very beginning.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
After extensive onboarding and coaching sessions with the team leads, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- Point of Contact: You serve as the primary CheckYeti contact person for our activity providers, ensuring smooth communication and promptly addressing any queries or issues.
- Information Collection: You gather and structure key information about new activity providers (via phone and in written form) to enable our SEO & Content Team to add them to the CheckYeti platform. ⛷️⛵🏂
- Account Management: You advise activity providers about the requirements and best practices for thriving on CheckYeti, helping them optimize their profiles and offers.
- Document Collection: You manage the collection and verification of KYC (Know Your Customer) documents from activity providers to facilitate successful and secure payments.
- Relationship Management: You develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure their long-term success and satisfaction with CheckYeti's services.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Multilingual: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills (C1) in both English and French - proficiency in additional languages (e.g. German, Italian, Spanish or Nordic languages) is a plus.
- Attentive to details: You have meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate information collection and documentation.
- Proactive: You're driven to learn and develop your skills continuously.
- Organized: You have strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple providers and tasks efficiently.
- Team Oriented: You have a hands-on mentality, enjoy taking on new challenges, making things happen and working towards common goals together with your team.
- Innovative: You show great interest in using new tools and technologies, and feel confident bringing new ideas forward.
- Experienced: Previous experience in account management, client relationship management, or customer success is a plus.

- Competitive Internship Salary: Earn a monthly gross salary of €1,700 gross per month + potential performance bonus for excellent work (up to €170 per month paid at the end of the internship).
4-6 months internship starting in November - alternative dates can be discussed on a case-to-case basis - and the possibility of full-time employment at the end of the internship period.
